Preliminary site check (near maps) & liaise with the certifier to check if the site is suitable for a Granny Flat.
The preliminary agreement signed and returned. This agreement covers all pre-building costs: drafted BA plans, soils test, hydraulic plans, slab design, plumbing lodgment, and site inspection.

Contract and Specification presented for signing. BA is lodged as soon as the contract is signed.
This document will answer any questions in regards to a payment schedule, selections and inclusions.
Construction starts within a week of receiving a signed contract & deposit draw.
RESI HOMES pride ourselves on ensuring a quick 8-10 week turn around while adhering to a high-quality standard.
Walkthrough with the client or client representative for practical completion. The Certifier completes a final inspection and we receive the final certificate of completion.
Keys and handover kit presented upon final payment being received.
