Building Process

Process Stages

Choose from a number of options where an estimate can be done for your home:

  • Bring your own plans to us
  • Select one of our house designs or
  • For under $1000 see our concept department for a concept sketch of your house which includes a floor plan drawn to scale plus the front elevation of your design

  • A preliminary agreement is signed
  • Plans are drafted Selections take place

  • Doors, architraves & skirtings
  • Soils test and slab design You will then be presented with a fully fixed price quote of your new home
  • Contract presented and signed
  • All necessary approvals obtained
  • No hidden surprises once contract is signed

Construction begins

  • Progress photos taken at the end of each day and sent to you weekly via email on your request
  • You will have access to your home as it is getting built 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Practical completion inspection takes place
  • Final draw paid
  • You will be provided with a HIA handover kit and presented with the keys to your new home
  • Dedicated after build care
  • 6 and 12 month maintenance check for non-structural defects with ongoing support into the future
