Process Stages
Choose from a number of options where an estimate can be done for your home:
- Bring your own plans to us
- Select one of our house designs or
- For under $1000 see our concept department for a concept sketch of your house which includes a floor plan drawn to scale plus the front elevation of your design

- A preliminary agreement is signed
- Plans are drafted Selections take place
- Colours
- Floor coverings
- Cabinetry
- Tapware
- Whitegoods
- Shower screens
- Doors, architraves & skirtings
- Soils test and slab design You will then be presented with a fully fixed price quote of your new home

- Contract presented and signed
- All necessary approvals obtained
- No hidden surprises once contract is signed

Construction begins
- Progress photos taken at the end of each day and sent to you weekly via email on your request
- You will have access to your home as it is getting built 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

- Practical completion inspection takes place
- Final draw paid
- You will be provided with a HIA handover kit and presented with the keys to your new home

- Dedicated after build care
- 6 and 12 month maintenance check for non-structural defects with ongoing support into the future
