Newport - Redcliffe

Newport Waterways

the project

An impressive and monumental build in the canals of Newport. This enormous 1000m2 house has been customised with every detail tailored to suit the clients' high-class taste.

As you enter the high-set house, you will be amazed by the enormous glass pivot door. The entrance area features 6-metre high ceilings, and the one-piece monolithic steel curved staircase provides a stunning view of the Newport canals and the pristine out-of-ground pool.

The house boasts a spacious basement that has a gymnasium, a second laundry room, and five-car parking spaces. The elevator is also available to take you to the house's three levels.

The upper two levels consist of eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Moreover, there is a three-tiered home cinema with a kitchenette, three separate living, and relaxing areas with dual-face gas fireplaces.

The kitchen comes with a sweeping butler's pantry and a champagne cellar. The atrium has a glass ceiling that exceeds 9 meters and a waterfall feature that falls down the vertical glass panels.

There are custom-designed wrought iron doors into both the home cinema and the mammoth master suite. The master suite has a glass roof above the bath in the ensuite and a walk-in robe as big as a small house, home to custom-designed cabinetry. The 50m2 master patio also has a hidden rooftop that can be accessed by a circular staircase. We can imagine the client enjoying chilled champagne under the stars on a glorious Queensland night.

Plans

the result

Working closely with the clients, we ensured their satisfaction at every stage of the build, from design to construction. Despite the logistical difficulties of working on a block with an 8.5-metre frontage and at the end of a cul-de-sac, we are proud of the way this build was managed throughout, with clear and concise communication. We are delighted to have delivered this dream house to our clients.
