Delivered on a prominent site in the heart of Kallangur, our Duffield Road townhouse project is a 26-dwelling multi-residential development designed to respond directly to the growing demand for well-located, affordable housing in the Moreton Bay region.
Built by Resi Homes, the project spans approximately 4,800sqm and comprises three-bedroom townhomes arranged across five buildings. The design prioritises efficient site use, strong street presence and practical, liveable layouts, while maintaining buildability and long-term durability.
Sustainability measures, such as energy-efficient lighting, water-saving fixtures, and compliant site coverage, were integrated from the outset to support lower ongoing living costs and long-term performance.
From a delivery perspective, Duffield Road reflects what Resi Homes does best, medium-density projects completed on time, on budget and with a high level of coordination across trades, consultants and suppliers.
