"On our latest knockdown and rebuild project in Kedron, Resi Homes took on the design and construction of a stunning 5-bedroom luxury home, carefully crafted to maximise resale value while staying within budget.
The site was impacted by overland flow, which demanded a carefully considered design that would both elevate street appeal and achieve the hydraulic engineer’s required finished floor level of 1500mm.
The final design not only met these criteria but was also cost-effective without sacrificing elegance.
The build moved at lightning speed, impressing everyone who saw the progress. Any minor issues were handled promptly and effortlessly. There were no contract variations, and the house was completed well ahead of schedule with outstanding quality. Communication was excellent, and Dayne and Darrell (plus the office staff) were always just a call away whenever I needed them.
A local developer recommended Resi Homes to me, someone who won’t even consider getting quotes from other builders. That kind of trust says a lot.When I hear about builders doing the wrong thing, I tell people to call Resi Homes instead, because building a home can and should be a positive experience.
